Shipping policy
We take great care in packaging and distributing our print books and educational materials. To offer the most efficient delivery possible, orders are fulfilled locally within the Philippines, and via automated global printing networks for the United States and international destinations.
1. Order Production & Processing Times
Philippines Orders (Local Inventory): Processed and dispatched from our local facility within 1 to 5 business days depending on the distance and the speed of the assigned couriers.
When local inventory is out of stock, our international fulfillment partners will need to print your books so please allow about 6-10 days for your order to arrive.
US & International Orders (Print-on-Demand): Our international distribution partners print your books to order. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for printing and packaging before your item is handed over to the shipping carrier.
Tracking: You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your package has been generated and dispatched.
2. Philippines Shipping Rates & Estimates
Orders placed within the Philippines are fulfilled locally via domestic courier networks. Shipping rates are based on the total package weight and delivery destination.
Delivery Areas: Greater Metro Manila, Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.
Shipping Rates: The applicable shipping charge is calculated according to the package weight and delivery area and will be displayed at checkout.
Delivery Estimate: Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, package size, and courier operations.
3. United States Shipping Rates & Estimates
US orders are routed directly to our domestic printing and fulfillment partners to minimize transit legs.
Standard Ground Distribution:
Cost: Calculated at checkout based on package weight.
Delivery Estimate: 3 to 7 business days after printing production is complete.
Expedited Ground Distribution: Cost: Calculated at checkout.
Delivery Estimate: 2 to 4 business days after printing production is complete.
4. International Shipping (Rest of the World)
We offer global delivery to select international markets utilizing BookVault's international courier routes.
International Tracked Delivery: 7 to 14 business days after production.
International Express Delivery: 3 to 6 business days after production.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Shipments Only)
Shipments sent outside of the primary printing hub's country travel via DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid).
Who Pays: Any import duties, localized taxes, or customs clearance handling fees levied by your destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer.
5. Address Changes & Damaged Shipments
Address Accuracy: Please verify your exact shipping address before finalizing checkout. Because our international orders link automatically to our international distribution print partners, we cannot cancel or reroute packages once printing begins.
Defective or Damaged Items: Print-on-demand books occasionally suffer from alignment or transit scuffs. If your book or educational materials arrive damaged, take a photo of the defect along with the packaging, and contact our team within 5 days of delivery so we can authorize a free replacement.
